In trying to trick our kids to eating healthier foods, I tried another green smoothie recipe (from Steve's mom), and this one has been my favorite so far! Well, the kids didn't go for it quite yet, but I loved it!
vanilla protein powder (from Costco)
1 T. lemon juice
frozen fruit (pineapple, peaches, strawberries, etc)
Juice (I used orange juice)
yogurt (I used Dannon light & fit vanilla)
Blend very well and enjoy!
